How we work
A formula without manufacturing experience is just paper.
Most formulators produce beautiful 100 g lab samples that turn out to be unusable in a 500 kg reactor. Our approach rests on the synergy of three roles — which is why the work reaches the shelf instead of staying in a lab notebook.
- 01
R&D formulation
- Design of advanced peptide and barrier systems
- Work with high-performance actives and liposomal forms
- Modelling of a premium sensory profile and organoleptics
- Laboratory stress testing and formula stabilisation
- 02
Process engineering
- Calculation of rheology and viscosity characteristics
- Control of phase transitions, temperature maps and emulsification
- Process regulations and standard technological batch cards
- Industrial transfer: scale-up from 100 g to multi-tonne batches
- 03
Production adaptation
- Cost optimisation and raw material availability control
- Adapting formulations to the existing reactor equipment
- Ensuring 100% reproducibility of every production batch
- Preventing manufacturing defects, sedimentation and separation
A laboratory sample is only the beginning.
Our goal is a stable, manufacturable and commercially viable product, fully ready for series production.
Services
Ways to work together
-
01
Turnkey formulation development
Original formulas built to your brief — from active selection to a stable sample ready for scale-up.
- Face care: anti-age complexes, peptide serums, lamellar emulsions, AHA/BHA systems, skin barrier repair
- Hair and scalp care: trichological ranges, sulphate-free systems, lipid masks, heat protection and sprays
- Body and SPA care: functional emulsions, thermo- and lipolytic products, gentle exfoliants
Deliverable An approved laboratory sample, detailed process instructions, raw material specification (INCI) and a primary stability report.
-
02
Technology transfer & production audit
Moving the formula from the lab into industrial volume while preserving the declared quality, stability and organoleptics.
- System scale-up: a seamless move from lab beaker to multi-tonne reactors (transfer of technology)
- Technical documentation: process regulations, standard batch cards and step-by-step phase addition protocols
- Author supervision: hands-on control of the first industrial batches at your site or a contract manufacturer
- Process audit: compatibility of formulas with your reactor and filling equipment
Deliverable A complete technical documentation package, a working process and a stable first industrial batch with no defects.
-
03
Reformulation & optimisation
Correcting problem formulations and reducing cost without losing product quality or sensory profile.
- Resolving stability issues: separation, viscosity drift, sedimentation
- Replacing scarce or expensive components without losing sensory quality or efficacy
- Optimising production processes and batch cycle time
- Reviewing and rebuilding technical documentation
Deliverable A stable reworked formulation, reduced cost of goods and technical documentation put back in order.
